OUR professional TEAM

Marcial del Toral (General Manager)

Has worked as General Manager for several Multinational companies mainly in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Mexico and the USA. His expertise is oriented primarily to sales and marketing. He has been involved in several start up stages of the companies in these countries. He was called to work in every challenge ahead. He is Agronomist EngineerHe and has a Global Executive MBA at Duke University. Leading by example is his trademark and never hesitated to align his career to the needs of his wife and kids. This gave him a strong leadership inside and outside the companies. Over the years Marcial has dedicated time to help transform the environments giving time and effort to nonprofit organizations since he was very young.

Andrea Imbrogno (International Trade)

Has graduated in Political Science and International Relations, she is MBA at IAE Argentina and has specialized studies in international trade. She worked for international distribution companies, developing new businesses for mass consumer products. Recently she has focused on custom and foreign trade consultancy. Andrea’s main strength is her capacity to execute projects, find business opportunities, to differentiate distribution channel options, adjust strategies for each market and optimize alternatives for international logistics. She has great energy to make things happen, getting fast in an agile communication with key players and adding a practical way to solve problems due to a smart approach and her professional experience.

Héctor Rocha (Advisor to the Board)

Is full time Professor of Business Policy and Entrepreneurship at IAE Business School since 1997. He is PhD in Business Studies (London Business School), Master in Governance and Culture of Organizations (Navarre University), and Executive MBA (IAE Business School). He contributes to Integrative his academic knowledge and consulting experience as advisor to international and national companies, governmental organisms and NGOs in the areas of mission, business, strategy and sustainable integral development.
